5. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your terminal device and enable an analysis of your use of the website (including your IP address and the URLs of the websites you visit). The information generated by this is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there.

This website uses the IP anonymization option offered by Google Analytics. This means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

We have concluded a contract with Google for commissioned data processing.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or Art 6 bas 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the possibility to create easy-to-use website access statistics and subsequently to improve our offer and our web presence.

As described above, you can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. You can also prevent Google from collecting your data in connection with Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

6. Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags from one interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookieless domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

7. Use of Facebook Pixel, custom audiences and Facebook remarketing

With your consent, we use the so-called “Facebook Pixel” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”), within our online offer due to our legitimate interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer and for these purposes.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, it is possible for Facebook to determine the visitors to our offer as a target group for the display of advertisements, so-called “Facebook ads”. For this purpose, the Facebook remarketing tag has been implemented on this website. Via this tag, a direct connection to the Facebook servers is established when visiting the website. In doing so, it is transmitted to the Facebook server that you have visited this website and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account.

For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. Alternatively, you can deactivate the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_=_. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.

8. YouTube & notes on the integration of videos

We have embedded YouTube videos on our website, which are stored on “www.youtube.com” and can be played directly from our website. In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the videos are integrated into the page by means of a so-called 2-click solution, i.e. no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos and thus give your consent to the data transfer, YouTube cookies are stored on your computer and data is transferred to Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, as YouTube operator. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

For more information on the handling of user data, please refer to YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de

11. Storage location and duration

If you contact us, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data we store will be stored by our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH for a period of 14 days. In addition, for security reasons, we use third-party providers for backups, where data is stored for up to five years.

12. Security through SSL

Your orders and your personal data such as your name, address or credit card details are protected by modern security systems. The transmission of this data is encrypted and unreadable to outsiders using VeriSign’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a security standard supported by all common Internet browsers. You can recognize the security status by the suffix “s” in the first part of the address ( “https:” instead of “http:” ). Bestattung Himmelblau takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal data. You can actively help us do this by never sharing your password and choosing encrypted data transmission (SSL) whenever we offer it (for example, during the ordering process). If you share your computer with others, be sure to log out after each session. Together we achieve that your online shopping is really safe.

We reserve the right to adapt the information provided in this privacy policy to any changes in legislation or jurisdiction without prior notice. The current version published here is valid.
